Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Day Trader Zone, we aim for total transparency. Our offerings include the Magical Signal 3.0 TradingView indicator and educational programs such as Pro Trader Mentorship and Mind Over Market. Because these are digital products with immediate delivery and consumption, we follow a strict no-refund policy once access has been granted.
2. Nature of the Products
Upon successful payment, our systems trigger immediate fulfillment:
- Magical Signal 3.0: Digital authorization is added to your TradingView username. This access is non-revocable and non-transferable.
- Course Content: You receive instant login credentials to our Learning Management System (LMS), granting access to proprietary videos, PDFs, and curriculum.
As digital access and intellectual property cannot be "returned" or "unseen" once delivered, refunds are not possible once the purchase is complete.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for any reason — including lack of usage, change of mind, dissatisfaction with trading results, or individual market performance.
We encourage you to review our curriculum, demo videos, and public results shared on our website and social media before completing your purchase. If you have technical questions, please contact us before payment.
4. Support Commitment
While we do not offer refunds, we are 100% committed to your success. Our support includes:
- Assistance with indicator installation and TradingView troubleshooting.
- Clarification on course modules and trading concepts via community groups.
- Access to Q&A sessions as part of the mentorship program.
If you experience any technical difficulty accessing your purchase, our team will work with you until the issue is fully resolved.
5. Duplicate or Failed Payments
In cases of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge or a verified failed transaction where money was deducted, please contact support@daytraderzone.in or WhatsApp +91 93614 45902. Once verified, duplicate funds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
6. Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation option for one-time purchases (Mentorship or Indicator lifetime access) once processed. For subscription-based plans, you may cancel your renewal at any time; however, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle and no partial refunds will be issued.
