1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using Magical Signal 3.0, the Pro Trader Mentorship, Mind Over Market, or any other product/service offered by Day Trader Zone (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.

2. Nature of Service

Day Trader Zone provides digital tools and educational content, including but not limited to:

• Magical Signal 3.0: A TradingView indicator for technical analysis.
• Pro Trader Mentorship & Mind Over Market: Educational courses and training programs.

All services are provided exclusively for educational and informational purposes. We are not a SEBI-registered advisory service and do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. All analyses are meant to help users understand technical and psychological concepts — not to recommend specific trades.

3. Eligibility

By using our website or products, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law.

4. License & Access Rights

• Software: Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the Magical Signal indicator on TradingView.
• Courses: Course access is granted to a single user only. Access credentials must not be shared.
• Restrictions: You may not share, resell, record, duplicate, or redistribute the indicator logic, course videos, or curriculum.
• Unauthorized sharing or reverse-engineering will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may invite legal action for intellectual property theft.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateway partners.
• Digital Goods Policy: Since our products (indicator access and course content) are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered final.
• Refunds are provided only under exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate payment or technical failure to deliver access), subject to our sole discretion.
• For refund requests, contact support@daytraderzone.in within 5 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including software code, course videos, curriculum, PDFs, branding, and website content associated with Day Trader Zone, remain the sole property of the creator(s). You are granted only limited access rights — not ownership.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Trading involves significant financial risk. Past performance, whether shown in course case studies or via the indicator, does not guarantee future outcomes. You are solely responsible for your capital and trading decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Day Trader Zone and its associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our tools or the application of course teachings, including but not limited to financial losses or service interruptions.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the indicator or course portals without refund if you violate these Terms, share your account, or engage in behavior that is harmful to the community or our brand.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
